The Region 2 Winter Forum location rotates between cities within the region and is typically held each year in February. The agenda is to formalize the Education Seminar sessions and vote on a seminar "theme"; present Chapter and Committee reports, provide IGC updates; formalize the region's educational courses for the next two years; and present IGC candidates.

2012 IRWA Region 2 Educational Seminar - 50th Anniversary
Dates: August 2-3, 2012
Location: Rudder Tower, Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas

The Region 2 Educational Seminar is held each year in August at Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas. It consists of a regional meeting held the morning of the first day with seminars sessions held in the afternoon. The second day consists of seminar sessions and a debriefing luncheon for Chapter Presidents, Vice Presidents, Region 2 officers, and Housman & Associates.

A one-day IRWA educational course and a golf tournament are held the day before the seminar followed by the Chair's Reception that evening. All Region 2 IRWA members are encouraged to attend and participate in the activities.

"L.E. Clarke Aggie Invitational" Golf Tournament
Date: August 1, 2012
Location: Bryan Golf Course

This annual event fills up fast, so don't wait too long to register! The golf tournament is always fun, provides networking opportunities, meeting new friends, eating, drinking, and being merry! And sometimes, the players even hit a ball or two! FORE!!!
